I love the internet. Even more, I love free stuff. Recently, I've been working out. Been running for the past year. My strength and stamina are great. However, no real weight loss. And, I know the root of the problem. My diet and eating habits are trash. So, I've been watching Charles Barkley commercials and the success he's had with Weight Watchers. I wonder if there is a free alternative.
So, I seek the counsel of Google search and read articles here and there.
I discover MyFitnessPal. Wish someone had told me about this site forever ago. I've already input today's calorie intake and workouts.
And, the big plus is that they have mobile apps for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry
